This is a new variety of cucumber for us. It is Annapolis Seed and here’s how it is described: “Long, smooth and exceptionally crisp fruit. Sweet and almost floral in flavour. We were obsessed with these all summer, slicing them into salads and just munching them in the garden. They can be easily trained up a trellis for straight fruit, although personally I like the curvy beings that develop when they’re allowed to sprawl. Pick them small (about 8 inches) for maximum sweetness/crispness. But even when fully grown they’re delicious and non-bitter”.
$5.04 plus HST, $5.75 total per 3.5” container.
